Nathan’s Build Shack – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and downloading any digital asset from Nathan’s Build Shack, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License & Usage

All assets sold are licensed for use on a single FiveM server owned or operated by the purchaser. This is a non-transferable license.

You are granted permission to:

  • Use the asset on your server

  • Modify the asset for internal server use only

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Resell the asset

  • Share, distribute, or gift the file to any third party

  • Upload the file to public forums, Discord servers, or file-sharing platforms

  • Provide the file to other servers or individuals

2. File Distribution Policy

Once a vehicle or digital asset is purchased, the file must only be provided to the authorized server owner or designated server developer for installation purposes.

Sharing, leaking, redistributing, or otherwise transferring the file to anyone outside of the licensed server is strictly prohibited.

3. Enforcement

Failure to comply with these terms will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from Nathan’s Build Shack

  • Revocation of access to all purchased assets

  • Potential further action if necessary

We actively track and investigate asset leaks.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.
